Where are my records stored?
Only on your iPhone. SpentOn has no account and doesn’t upload anything. Your records are included in your iCloud or computer backups, so restoring a backup to a new iPhone brings them with it.
How do I scan a receipt?
Tap Add, then Scan Receipt in the Receipt section. Hold your iPhone over the receipt and SpentOn will find the edges and straighten it. Long receipts can be scanned as several pages; they’re joined into one image.
What are Spaces and projects?
A Space is a business, job or household you track separately, with its own projects and totals. Projects group purchases inside a Space, such as a job or a client. Purchases without a project go into General.
How do I move a purchase to another project or Space?
Open the purchase, tap Edit, and choose a different project or Space. To move a whole project with its purchases, open the project and use ··· → Move to Space.
How do I export my records?
Go to More → Export. Choose a spreadsheet (CSV) for Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets, or a PDF report (Pro). You can filter by date range and project, and include receipt photos (Pro).
Why don’t my totals add up across currencies?
SpentOn never converts between currencies. Purchases in other currencies are shown separately under your totals rather than being added in.
What does SpentOn Pro include?
A one-time purchase that unlocks PDF reports, Insights, unlimited Spaces, and exports with receipt photos. Purchases, projects, receipt scanning and spreadsheet export are always free.
How do I restore SpentOn Pro on a new iPhone?
Go to More → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
WorkedOn Support

How do I track time?
Choose a client and project, then tap Start Working. Stop the timer when you finish. You can also add a completed session manually.
Where can I see my hours?
Use Sessions to review individual entries and Reports to see time totals by client and project.
How do I export my records?
Open More and use the CSV export option to share a spreadsheet of your work sessions.
What does WorkedOn Pro include?

How do I save a habit?
On Calculator, enter a purchase or habit name, its cost, and how often it happens. Tap SAVE HABIT. It will appear under SAVED HABITS.
How do I edit or delete a habit?
Tap a saved habit to edit it. Delete an individual habit from its edit screen or its menu. Use CLEAR ALL to delete every saved habit.
Are the investment projections guaranteed?
No. They are hypothetical illustrations based on the annual return and time period you choose. Actual results vary; the estimate excludes taxes, fees, and inflation.
What happens when I share a result?
GYST creates a text summary. You choose whether and where to share it using the sharing options on your iPhone.

Maldonado Works builds focused apps with a privacy-first approach. We avoid collecting personal information when it is not required for the app to function.
CineCalc Privacy
CineCalc does not require an account, login, email address, or password. App preferences and saved setups are stored locally on your device. CineCalc does not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking.
If you purchase CineCalc Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. Maldonado Works does not receive your full payment-card information.
ShiftFund Privacy
ShiftFund does not require an account, login, email address, or password. ShiftFund does not connect to your bank or brokerage accounts. Spending entries and app data are stored locally on your device.
ShiftFund does not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking.
Ranfla Privacy
Ranfla does not require an account, login, email address, or password. Vehicle information, mileage, service history, maintenance records, reminders, costs, and related app data are stored locally on your device.
Ranfla does not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking. Ranfla may request permission to send local notifications for maintenance reminders. Those notifications are generated by the app on your device.
If you purchase Ranfla Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. Maldonado Works does not receive your full payment-card information.
Udikoo Privacy
Udikoo does not require a Maldonado Works account, login, email address, or password.
Financial information you enter into Udikoo — including income, expenses, recurring expenses, allocation buckets, and your starting balance — is stored locally on your device. Maldonado Works does not operate a server that receives this financial information as part of Udikoo’s normal operation.
Udikoo does not connect to your bank, credit-card, or brokerage accounts. You enter the financial information you choose to use in the app.
Udikoo does not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral advertising trackers.
Udikoo includes user-initiated CSV export and JSON backup and restore features. When you export or back up your information, you choose the file destination using the system file interface on your device.
Udikoo offers an optional paid unlock. If you purchase it, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple’s in-app purchase system. Maldonado Works does not receive your full payment-card information.
SpentOn Privacy

SpentOn does not require a Maldonado Works account, login, email address, or password. SpentOn does not connect to your bank, credit-card, or brokerage accounts.
Your information stays on your device. Purchase information you enter into SpentOn, including Spaces, projects, amounts, items, vendors, dates, categories, notes, and receipt photos, is stored locally on your device. Maldonado Works does not collect, receive, sell, or share it. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your device to a computer, this information is included in those backups, which are managed by Apple.
No advertising, analytics, or tracking. SpentOn does not use advertising networks, analytics services, or tracking tools of any kind.
Camera and photos. SpentOn uses the camera only when you choose to scan a receipt. When you add a receipt from your photo library, SpentOn receives only the photo you select.
Exports and reports. SpentOn includes user-initiated exports: CSV spreadsheets, PDF reports, and receipt photo files. These are created on your device, and you choose where they are saved or shared using the system sharing options on your device.
SpentOn Pro. SpentOn Pro is an optional in-app purchase processed by Apple. Maldonado Works does not receive your name, email address, or payment information. Apple only confirms to SpentOn whether Pro has been purchased on your Apple Account.
Deleting your information. You can delete individual purchases, projects, and Spaces from within SpentOn. Settings → Erase All Data removes everything SpentOn has stored, including receipt photos. Deleting the app also removes its data from your device.
Children. SpentOn is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes. If this policy changes, this page and its effective date will be updated.

WorkedOn Privacy

WorkedOn does not require a Maldonado Works account, login, email address, or password to track work.
Work records. Client names, project names, session times, and related entries are stored locally by the app on your iPhone. WorkedOn does not require you to upload these records to a Maldonado Works account or server.
Exports. When you choose to export work sessions as a CSV file, you decide where to save or share the file through your device's sharing options. Information you choose to share is then subject to the destination service's practices.
Purchases. WorkedOn Pro is an optional in-app purchase processed by Apple. Maldonado Works does not receive your full payment-card information. The app uses Apple's purchase system to determine whether Pro features are unlocked.
Data control. You can manage and delete work records in the app. Removing the app may remove locally stored data; device backups, if enabled, are managed through Apple.

GYST Privacy

GYST does not require a Maldonado Works account, login, email address, or password. GYST does not connect to your bank or brokerage accounts.
Your information stays on your device. Habit names, costs, frequencies, and projection settings you enter are stored locally by GYST on your iPhone. GYST does not send this information to Maldonado Works or use advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
Sharing is your choice. If you use Share the Damage, GYST creates a text summary and opens the iPhone sharing options. You choose whether to share it and which destination to use. Information you share is then subject to that destination's privacy practices.
Deleting your information. You can edit or delete an individual saved habit, or choose Clear All in Saved Habits to remove all saved habits from GYST. Device backups, if enabled, are managed by Apple.
About the projections. GYST's spending and investment figures are hypothetical illustrations, not guarantees or financial or investment advice. They assume each avoided purchase is invested at the end of its period with a constant effective annual return, and exclude taxes, fees, and inflation.

Do Maldonado Works apps require an account?
No. The current versions of CineCalc, ShiftFund, Ranfla, Udikoo, SpentOn, WorkedOn, and GYST do not require a Maldonado Works account.
Does Ranfla upload my vehicle records?
No. In the current version, Ranfla stores vehicle information, maintenance records, reminders, and related data locally on your device.
What does Ranfla Pro unlock?
The free version of Ranfla supports one vehicle. Ranfla Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited vehicles.
How do I restore a Ranfla Pro purchase?
